Property Concierge Service

After successfully purchasing and managing four properties of our own, we are now accepting select properties owned by others to be served by High Ho! Retreats. Our Concierge Service is not technically “property management” because we do not hold fund for our clients or negotiate lease agreements with guests. Instead, we offer the benefits of property management within a more personal context: we handle guest communications, cleaning, supplies, repair management, and a trustworthy onsite presence to bring you peace of mind. Property Care

As you can see from our current listings, we only accept properties that have the potential for a “wow” experience. Our application process includes a comprehensive review of your property with specific recommendations for enhancing its appeal: we expect every property to be awarded the coveted “PLUS” designation from Airbnb, our platform of choice. Once in our portfolio, we extend our commitment to excellence to every facet of the operation—from savvy decoration to professional photography to top-drawer cleaning and maintenance.

Return on Investment

With great attention to detail, we track all the essential statistics on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis: number of guests, number of nights rented, revenues, occupancy, average length of stay, and average daily rate. We use automated messaging and third-party pricing to give us a competitive edge in our community. Our goal is the maximization of your profits while creating a brand-reinforcing quality of service for our guests.

Giving Back

In addition to serving guests and clients in the way we would want to be served, we carry a vision for improving the quality of life for the Appalachian community, one that is widely marked by poverty. Toward that end, we are committed to paying our vendors a fair, livable wage and returning a portion of our profits to local non-profits that faithfully serve the High Country.
